After purchasing your Ragdoll kitten, you may either pick up your kitten in person or choose one of our delivery services. For families unable to visit us, we offer several transportation options designed to keep your kitten comfortable throughout the entire journey. Our home is located close to the airport, which allows us to ship quickly and reduce travel stress for the kittens. One of our most popular services is direct home delivery. An airport agent will bring your kitten straight to your door in a temperature-controlled vehicle designed specifically for pet transport. Once your kitten has been shipped, you will receive confirmation along with tracking information.

Air travel remains the safest and quickest way to transport our kittens, especially during colder seasons. Although air cargo is often more affordable, it can expose kittens to unfavorable weather and unnecessary risks. For that reason, we only use airline-approved crates and climate-controlled cabin transport. Each crate is selected according to the size of the kitten, the length of the trip, and the number of kittens traveling. They are placed in a pressurized and climate-controlled area of the plane to ensure maximum comfort and safety.

Before shipping, we clearly label each crate with the destination airport, the receiving phone number, and the buyer’s home address.
